Delivery estimates will be extended and if you are purchasing as a gift (for Christmas or otherwise) I would highly recommend doing this as soon as possible and also choosing the Special Delivery shipping option - as Royal Mail are prioritising this service) 💌

How long will it take before my order arrives?

All Jewellery orders will be sent within 3-5 working days and are estimated to arrive within:

UK STANDARD = 1-5 Working days from dispatch
UK SPECIAL DELIVERY (TRACKED) = Next Working day from dispatch
USA = 7-28 Working days from dispatch

International orders are tracked wherever possible.

Gift Certificates qualify for FREE Shipping as they are sent digitally.​

Shipping Estimates are given to us by Royal Mail, once handed over I am not in control of how your parcels are handled. Please be aware of possible delays due to Covid, Brexit and strike action.

Unfortunately, customs, tariffs and duties may be imposed by certain countries for overseas purchases. These are at the responsibility of the buyer...Please check with your custom offices for detailed information. I am not in control of such enforcements. If your order is returned due to unpaid Customs Fees, a new delivery charge will be required before re-posting your order.

 


I need my order super fast, can you ship it sooner?

I try to send orders out as quickly as possible - and often dispatch well within the quoted time frame. Although I cannot promise to prioritise every rush order, I will always try to do my best to meet your deadline. If you do require your order sooner please contact me BEFORE placing your order to discuss time frames.

Please do not add a rush order request in your order notes at checkout. I create orders in the order in which they are received, this means I will not be aware of any special requests noted on your invoice until I come to create your order.

If you have added a rush order request without sending me a message first, I will continue to create your order regardless of any requested delivery date to avoid any further delays. Please be aware that I can only cancel orders if I haven't started to work on your piece.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are shipping orders to the UK and the USA only. If you are outside of these countries, please contact me directly for an up to date shipping fee and possible hallmarking charges related to your country.

Which delivery service do you use?

All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, International orders will be passed to the appropriate delivery service for that country.

Will there be a custom fee to pick up my order?

Please be aware that as the UK has now exited the EU (on January 1st 2021) any countries in the European Union are now subject to custom fees, tariffs and import duties for goods received from the UK.

Can I track my order?

Standard shipping in the UK is not a tracked service. If you would like your order to be tracked please select the Tracked Shipping Service.

International orders will be tracked wherever possible.


Lost Orders

It's extremely rare that orders get lost in the postal system. A lot of trust is put on Royal Mail (and our international postal partners) and find they always go the extra mile to deliver your handmade jewellery safely and on time. 

If your order is taking a little longer, please give our delivery services an extra few days to locate your parcel, hoping it's just been innocently misplaced. Currently any UK orders not delivered within 10 working days, or 30 working days internationally, will  be classified as lost. Only then will I launch an investigation with Royal Mail and remake/refund your order. 

You MUST check your shipping address, I cannot be responsible for any delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses. These lost parcels will not be remade/replaced/refunded. Any items returned to the studio due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a new shipping charge.
